Carowinds is a popular amusement park for residents in North Carolina and South Carolina. They have amazing roller coasters that range from scary to not too scary. They are now open year round! Not only that, their waterpark area, Carolina Harbor, is included with admission during the summer season. They always offer military discounts. Our kids really liked their Charlie Brown themed areas.
